DMS as he is fondly called in the industry with an experience of 35+ years has been associated with renowned construction companies in his career such as BG Shrike, NCC, Soma & Aliens. In his long illustrious career he has mentored many young civil engineers, contractors and suppliers and involved in the construction of many landmark projects all across India. The gist of few are as follows:

• JMD Regent Square at Gurgaon
• IIIT-Allahabad 100 acres campus in record time of 18 months.
• Metro Bhavan at Connaught Place, Delhi where the work was completed in record time in spite of extreme space constraints through perfect planning.
• National Police Memorial at Chanakyapuri (Shanthipath), Delhi a structure one of its kind.
• IGI Airport Terminal – 1A in record time of 9 months
• Jawahar Bhavan near India Gate for Ministry of External affairs
• First 30 storey development at Hyderabad with Aliens. He was instrumental in conceptualizing the execution plan for a complex Transverse Slab of 1.5m thickness. This had all services passing through a19800 sqm area of the slab which was above 2 cellars + 1 Stilt.

This Vision has ensured the company never had any dearth of any technical manpower. He is instrumental in Execution of works and commences his work daily visiting and monitoring projects with his hands on expertise.

Sri Ramakrishna Udupa

Sri Ramakrishna Udupa, has rich experience of 24+ years in the field of Construction / Business Development and Project Monitoring. He has been able to bring his experience of construction at the work site into Central monitoring system which helped the support functions coordinate better with Project managers.

He has been in the thick of business development activities having sharpened his skills during the tough period of global recession.

As Partner, his key functions are business promotion  and financial management.  His association with multinational organisations like BSCPL, Scott Wilson Kirckpatrick, SECON Private Limited & Soma has helped develop his skills.

He was instrumental in setting up of Central Monitoring Unit for Soma. This unit worked as interface between the Head office and the construction sites

I Sasidhara Reddy – Head Infrastructure

Sashidhar Reddy has 43+ years experience in implementation of Irrigation structures and road works. He does the work with passion as he has hands on experience in managing his projects. His Meticulous planning had enabled him to rise high in the career. Apart from his 20 years stint in Irrigation department in Andhra Pradesh in a gazetted rank, he was subsequently with Soma starting his carrier as Project Manager and went on to become Vice-President in his vertical.
